Caroline Cutler
I started in the industry in 2007 for a large corporate company where I began my journey as a sales negotiator, after a couple of years I moved departments to the lettings team and haven’t looked back since.
I am very passionate about lettings and I am a member of ARLA Propertymark, which means I meet higher industry standards than the law demands. I undertake regular training to ensure we are up to date with best practice and complex legislative changes so we can offer you the best advice.
I live in Fleetwood and have worked all along the Fylde Coast. I love living by the seaside, I think it is an amazing place to live and work and could talk passionately about the area for hours on end.
Alex Cameron
I started in the industry in 2014 for a large independent company where I began my journey as a sales negotiator. After 4 years’ service I moved into the motor industry where I continued to develop my sales skills. However, within this position I found that my calling was in the estate agency business, so I moved back to the same large independent company where I took the position of senior business development manager. Through the years I have established my industry knowledge which has now led me to my latest venture to running my own sales division here at Acquire Homes.
I thoroughly enjoy my job as no two days are the same and I get great satisfaction when I find my vendors their dream home.
I lived and worked in the Fylde Coast for over 20 years and I have a good understanding of the area to help you sell your property.

What a fantastic team and excellent service. This was our vendors estate agent, but we really felt like he was on our side as well. Enthusiastic and extremely helpful.
